The Assistant Commander of the Sixth Military Region, Commander of the 101st Infantry Brigade, Brigadier General Mohamed bin Rasiya, confirmed that the engineering teams of the National Army managed to clear about 300 mines from Al-Jawf Governorate.
Brigadier General Mohamed bin Rasiya said that the mines that were removed varied between anti-personnel mines, anti-tank mines and explosive devices, indicating that the Houthi militia planted them between the Al-Marazeeq Front and the Al-Nudud Mountain Range in the Al-Khabb wa ash Sha’af District in Al-Jawf Governorate.
Brigadier General Mohamed Bin Rasiya added that the army heroes and the resistance continue to advance on the fronts of Al-Jawf, and to push back the remnants of the militia, whose members fled to Al-Hazm city, after they had suffered great losses in lives and equipment.
