Project Masam clears 4,230 landmines, unexploded ordnance, and improvised explosive devices

Project Masam has announced that its demining teams have removed 4,230 landmines, unexploded ordnance (UXO), and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) so far in July 2024. Project Masam has announced it has located and destroyed 453,298 explosive devices in Yemeni liberated areas. These include 6,551 anti-personnel mines, 144,771 anti-tank mines, 293,909 unexploded ordnance (UXO) and 8,067 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) neutralised over 58,275,262 square metres of land since mid-2018.
