Six civilians killed by landmines in Yemen’s Hodeidah since beginning of Ramadan

Since the beginning of the Holy month of Ramadan, six civilians including a woman have been killed by Houthi landmines in the districts of Ad Durayhimi and At Tuhayta in Yemen’s governorate of Hodeidah.
Two civilians from the same family were killed by a landmine planted by the Houthi militia in the village of al-Maroui, al-Manafirah north of the Durayhimi district, south of Yemen’s Hodeidah governorate, according to local sources.
Two days earlier, three civilians from the same family including a woman were killed by a Houthi landmine in the district of At Tuhayta, south of Hodeidah governorate. The family had been travelling on a motorbike to Wadi Jarḩazi in the At-Tuhaytah district to attend a wedding.
