Masam’s teams led a routine visit to the engineering teams working in Shabwah governorate
The visit which included 4 engineering teams: team 2, team 6, team 10 and the technical minesweeping team, aims to oversee the work of the engineering teams after they resumed their work, after the festivities of Eid, and also to insure the commitment to the international safety standards in the field of mines, and the implementation of the precautionary medical standards in facing Covid-19.
During the visit, project Masam’s Operation Manager Mr Rateev said in an exclusive interview with Masam’s media office that he is very happy to continue working with Masam project for the third year in a row, as Masam project was able during the last two years to make a big difference in the lives of Yemenis, and it is an honor to continue this humanitarian work for the third year.
Mr Rateev indicated that the engineering teams working in Shabwah governorate are doing a great job, and they continue their mission of clearing the mines and securing the urban regions from the danger of mines, in a fast pace.
Mr Rateev told the engineering teams: “Under these circumstances, you are fighting three wars at the same time, one is against the mines, the second is against Coronavirus, and the third is the ongoing war in Yemen”.
Rateev reiterated that this year will be full of achievements, which will guarantee the return of Yemenis to their normal lives in a safe way.
For his part, the leader of Masam team 10 the engineer Abadallah Al Masri welcomed the experts’ visit to the teams who are working in the field, to see their needs and oversee directly the nature of their work.
Al Masri said that the ongoing visits to the engineering teams show their big importance to project Masam and its Managing Director Mr Ousama Algosaibi, in order to facilitate their work and provide them with everything they need to succeed in their mission.
Engineer Abdallah Al Masri sent a message of thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the unlimited humanitarian support it provides to Yemen and the Yemenis.
Al Masri said that the extension of project Masam for the third year in a row strengthen the teams’ determination and moral motivation to continue their work.
He noted that project Masam is one of the most important projects that will stay in the memory of Yemenis, because it is a project made for saving humans and animals; a project of life for the land and the people.
