Project Masam welcomes visitors at Marib book fair

Project Masam held a stand at the book fair in Yemen’s Marib, and welcomed a large number of visitors.
The pavilion also received official, military, and civilian leaders, who applauded the humanitarian role played by Masam in Yemen.
Chief of Staff of the Yemeni Army, Sagheer bin Aziz, Deputy Governor of the Marib governorate Ali al-Fatimi, the deputy governor of the Dhamar governorate, Mohamed Moawadeh, as well as the general manager of the book fair Yahya al-Tholaia were among the leaders who were visited Project Masam’s pavilion on the third day of the book fair.
The pavilion was also visited by school pupils and university students in the governorate in addition to a large number of writers and journalists.
Project Masam’s book fair stand includes a photo exhibition of landmine victims as well as various types of landmines and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) with the aim to educate the exhibition’s visitors about the different types of landmines as well as ways to avoid them.
