Three civilians from a same family have been injured in the explosion of a landmine on a desert road in Al-Jawf Governorate, northern Yemen.
A local source in Al-Jawf Governorate told Project Masam’s press office that a Houthi landmine detonated under the car of civilian Sam Saleh Ali al-Dabaa, who was travelling with his brothers Rashid and Haitham al-Dabaa.
Injured, the three brothers were transferred to receive treatment at Al-Hazm Hospital.
Explosions of landmines, planted randomly and extensively by the Houthi militia on the desert roads in Al-Jawf governorate, have been frequently taking place in recent months, causing civilians’ injuries and deaths, damage to civilian cars and trucks and the killing of dozens of livestock.
