The Managing Director of Masam project for mine clearance in Yemen, Mr Ousama Algosaibi mourned the martyrdom of the leader of team 30 Masam which is responsible of collecting shells. The martyr ascended today to heavens, God willing, after being hit by an anti-personnel mine explosion, while he was on duty in Al Hamli region of Mouza’ directorate, in western Taiz governorate.
Masam project bid farewell to one of his heroes in the field of humanitarian work, as colonel Ali Said Alkaldi became a martyr after he suffered serious injuries due to an anti-personnel mine explosion, while he was doing his sacred and humanitarian duty.
In this context, the Managing Director of Masam project Mr Ousama Algosaibi offered his deepest condolences to the martyr’s family and all his colleagues, praying God that he will grant him a place in heaven and that God may inspire his family with patience and consolation.
The Managing Director of Masam project praised the martyr, and his huge efforts in securing the lives of thousands of Yemenis from the danger of mines, noting that the life of the martyr was full of sacrifices.
Algosaibi said that Masam project offered until now 21 martyrs and more than 16 wounded, most of whom lost their limbs in this humanitarian mission which is considered the most dangerous and complicated.
