Project Masam’s clearing teams started working on clearing the regions of Ad Dali province from the landmines planted by the Houthi militias.
Colonel Muthanna Absi said that two of the project’s teams for mine clearance arrived at Ad Dali province two weeks after their visit to the regions north of Ad Dali fronts, in order to meet civilians and answer their call for help.
According to “NewsYemen”, Absi indicated that the teams are preparing to clear the village of “Shakhab Wa Habeel Albatnah”, in northern Ad Dali, from tens of landmines and unexploded ordnance that the rain torrents drifted from the regions which are under the control of the Houthi militias.
Absi noted that the two clearing teams will work in the north of Ad Dali to clear landmines and shells following the international standards for the clearance of landmines that pose a threat to civilians, reiterating that the two teams will continue their work until the region becomes free of all kinds of explosives and fully safe, in order to secure a stable and safe environment for civilians.
