Team 25, Masam, was able to detect the presence of a number of mines inside a house in Al-Hadba area of Mawza’a Directorate.
Militias planting such mines in people’s homes reveals their thirst for blood and their insistence on harming civilians by filling explosive deaths in their homes.
According to the leader of Team 25, Masam, Engineer Abdel Khaleq Fadel, his team was able to clear and secure 3 landmines that were planted inside the home of a citizen in Al-Hadba area in Mawza’a Directorate, indicating that the mines were planted in a hidden manner that is difficult for citizens to discover or predict where they are planted.
Abdel Khaleq added that, since his arrival to the mine-affected Al-Hadba area, they surveyed the area and distributed them into fields and squares, and within a short period of time managed to secure the majority of it.
Engineer Abdul Khaleq Fadel noted that the Houthi militia deliberately planted mines inside citizens homes and their surroundings, using different methods in planting mines and camouflaging them to match the surrounding nature, and added, that the experiences gained by the team during their work period in Project Masam enabled them to overcome the Houthi plans and their methods of planting and detecting mines to secure civilians from its evil.
It is worth noting that this house was going to witness a wedding in the coming days, and with this discovery Masam saved hundreds of lives, preserved the joyful spirit in this house and aborted a deliberate intention to grave happiness among this family and its relatives.
