He was also a key manager in the clearance of cluster munitions following the 2006 war.<\/p>\n<p>Together these projects were significant both in their size and operational effectiveness that<br \/>\nincluded the full range of Mine Action components: manual deminers, mine detection dogs and<br \/>\nmechanical assets. His involvement was a central component to the programme achieving<br \/>\ninternational recognition through the achievement of the Nansen Refugee Award.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Algosaibi is the Managing Director\/Programme Manager and driving force behind Project Masam and was instrumental in its concept and development for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.[\/vc_hoverbox][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_hoverbox image=&#8221;17998&#8243; primary_title=&#8221;&#8221; hover_title=&#8221;Elsa Buchanan&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Media Consultant, Project Masam<\/h4>\n<p>A journalist since 2009 and member of the National Union of Journalists and the Society of International Media &amp; Press Photographers, Elsa specialises in covering conflict, foreign affairs and human rights.<br \/>\nAn award-nominated foreign correspondent, Elsa has reported from the Levant and Arabian Peninsula, and Central, East and South Africa for a diverse range of publications. These include the International Business Times\/ Newsweek, the Independent, the Evening Standard, The New Statesman, Jazeera Magazine, Yahoo News and the Daily Telegraph.<\/p>\n<div>Elsa has worked as Head of Communications for Sentebale, an NGO working in global health and children&#8217;s rights based in Southern Africa.
