The leader of the Team 18 Masam, Eng. Ahmed Al-Radfani, confirmed that his team was able to completely secure 8 villages and residential areas from mines and war remnants in Qataba district in Al-Dhale governorate.
Al-Radfani told Masam Media Office that his team began clearing operations in Qataba by securing Al-Kishn region, where the team managed to secure more than 80,000 square meters of the total area.

This came during Masam experts visit in Aden and the western coast, headed by the international expert, Dr. Zobaa Al-Rawi, to Al-Dhalea governorate, to inspect the workflow of Masam engineering teams in the Qataba directorate, where Project Masam is working there with three engineering teams: 8, 18 and 27.
