The Yemeni Foreign Minister Praises the Birth of “Masam”
Al-Yamani: “Masam is a project promoting life – as opposed to the Houthi project, which promotes death.”
At the launch ceremony of the Saudi demining project in Yemen, “Masam,” the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Yemen, Khaled Hussein Al-Yamani, made an address and expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the efforts and sacrifices that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has made, and is still making, to rescue Yemen from what he has called the Houthi “Project Death,” warfare by means of landmines.
His Excellency Khaled Hussein Al-Yamani also praised the launch of Project “Masam” by the Kingdom, while discussing the humanitarian aspects and value of the project. He said: “On behalf of the Yemeni government and people, I would like to express my gratitude as well as my thanks to the government of the Kingdom, headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, for what they have provided, and are still providing, to Yemen since the outbreak of this sinister coup against the legitimate authority.”
He also extended his token of thanks to His Excellency, Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, General Supervisor of King Salman Relief Center (KSrelief), for launching the demining project in Yemen. He said: “It is a project promoting life, as opposed to a project which promotes death, which adds to the record of generosity of KSrelief towards the Yemeni people since its establishment in 2015, which in its first year assigned the amount of SR 1 billion to relieve the Yemeni people.”
